Burger with minced Chicken Patty

And now presenting my all time favorite “Burger”. When in India the best we can get is a KFC or McDonald Burger. I first tasted a change in Burger when I traveled to New York and visited a restaurant in the upper Manhattan. Juicy and moist minced chicken patty topped with lettuce and tomatoes and mouth watering flavor of cheese made me to rethink the definition of burger. Then burger became my favorite Entree when I used to go out for lunches. Tasted a wide range of them- from Shake Shack (don’t ever miss it if you get a chance to visit Manhattan) to Wolfgang Puck’s Bistro inside Universal Studios, Los Angeles and always thought of recreating that magic at home myself. So here I present my variety of chicken burger at home. Hope you guys will like it and give it a try..
